She is the Founder and Board Chair of the PGM Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to "Empowering Texas Youth Through Education and Agriculture." Through the foundation, she facilitates educational scholarships and sponsors youth stock show projects, helping students pursue higher education without the burden of overwhelming debt.
A resilient entrepreneur with a lifelong history of self-employment, Virginia began her professional journey at age 11 as a professional pianist. Her entrepreneurial spirit has since evolved into the V.S. Griffin brand, where she operates as a creative leader and speaker.
As an author, she writes under the pen name V.S. Griffin. Her latest project, Gin On The Rox, is a work based on her own life, exploring themes of trauma, resilience, and the power of living one's truth. Virginia draws upon her personal experiences—overcoming significant loss and adversity—to inspire others to rewrite their own stories.

She applies the precision required to the foundation's financial stewardship, ensuring that resources are maximized to effectively empower Texas youth through education and agriculture. Her ability to create sustainable solutions serves as the backbone of the organization’s long-term growth and stability.
Beyond her professional and philanthropic duties, Sophilia is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring destinations both domestically and internationally. When she is not designing complex systems or guiding the foundation's fiscal strategy, she can be found mentoring others or spending quality time with her family and friends. She is deeply committed to volunteerism, dedicating her time to various non-profit initiatives focused on the education and mentorship of at-risk youth, helping the next generation design their own paths to success.
